The Bonnie-and-Clyde burglars who broke into Miley Cyrus' house and stole her Maserati and jewelry ... will both serve years behind bars ... TMZ has learned.



Tylor Scott and Naomi Charles both copped pleas Monday ... guilty on 1 count of felony residential burglary. Scott also pled guilty to felony grand theft.



Scott will spend the next five years in state prison. Charles got off a lot easier ... 1 year in county jail. The judge hammered Scott because he has a prior record and he had a gun during the burglary.



TMZ broke the story ... Scott and Charles broke into Miley's house in June while she was out of town ... and made off with jewelry, purses, clothes ... and her Maserati. They were arrested a few days later after cops ID'd them from surveillance video.

Mexicans Are Generally Pissed About Miley Cyrus Flossing a Butt with Their Flag

No one told Miley Cyrus that it's not only rude, but literally illegal, to floss a fake plastic booty with the Mexican flag in Mexico. So when Cyrus's back up dancer used said flag on said booty on Tuesday — which was also Mexican Independence Day — it didn't go down well.



The interior ministry is leaning towards fining the concert promoters Zignia Live for not monitoring the content of the show. In a statement, Zignia publicists argued that they couldn't interfere, but have asked Miley to be more careful from now on. From Milenio:



The artist brings his show and actually we can not as promoter interfere in what he does... the truth is that this issue in particular is talking to her to have a little more care and will not be repeated in other cities," said Dante Guillen, manager national press and promotion Zignia Live.



In recent years, several artists have been investigated and fined for doing much less to desecrate the flag. As La Prensa noted, actress and singer Thalia was almost fined for posing topless with the flag draped around her until she argued it happened in a different country. Another actress, Paulina Rubio, was fined 53,000 pesos ($4,000) for appearing on the cover of a Spanish magazine wearing only the flag. Both of these incidents are arguably less disrespectful than wiping a butt.



Mexicans are split over whether this was just another dumb Miley controversy or an affront to the dignity of their country. Everyone agrees that it's trashy, but no one's sure just how much attention it warrants. In other words, they're having the same Miley debate we've been having for the last year: at what point does tastelessness stop (or start) being newsworthy?



Several people were understandably outraged. Quién compiled a list of "celebrity" (mostly journalist) reactions. News anchor Paola Rojas wrote that she was "outraged by what happened in the Miley Cyrus show." Popular writer Fernanda Familiar tweeted that the interior ministry deserved a standing ovation for considering sanctions over the controversy.



There were also calls to move on. Jesus Navarro, one of the members of the Mexican band Reik (they sound like The Backstreet Boys, in a good way) tweeted "Everyone who was offended by what Miley Cyrus did needs to dig a hole, get in there and never leave":

2014 MTV EMA nominations are here

The 2014 MTV European Music Awards nominations have been announced.



Katy Perry leads the pack with seven nods, followed by Ariana Grande with six and 5 Seconds of Summer and Pharrell Williams with five each.



Voting has begun now on the official MTV EMA site, and will remain open until November 8.



The 2014 ceremony will take place at Glasgow's Hydro venue on Sunday, November 9 at 9pm. It will be broadcast live on MTV channels around the world.

Cyrus's sculptures makes use of teddy bears, cameras, party hats, masks, USB keys and a pineapple. "I did the pineapple because you know what they say about pineapple, right?" she said. "If you drink a lot of pineapple juice you're going to have yummy cum. So that's why I put it on the dick with a bunch of babies, and it says, 'Fuck.' I try to think about everything so it has a story to me."

What they say about her is true: She can't stop. She won't stop.

7 (4) Reasons Why Netflix's BoJack Horseman Is the Funniest Show of the Fall

Netflix has done it again.



While the Broadcast Sitcom Assembly Line has generated shows ranging from the lukewarm (A to Z) to the downright languid (Mulaney), Netflix has trotted out (heh) BoJack Horseman, the rare show whose execution lives up to its ambition.



In this fall's stale comedy landscape, BoJack is like a breath of fresh air — and it's clear that Netflix has faith in its latest project, which was renewed four days after it premiered last month. The cartoon's just-go-with-it premise follows the title character (voiced by Will Arnett), a washed-up former equine star of the '90s hit sitcom "Horsin' Around" who's trying to write his memoir. The show really finds its footing by Episode 3, which skewers former child stars-turned-sexpots via a storyline about Sarah Lynn (voiced by Kristen Schaal), a young woman who played BoJack's adopted daughter on "Horsin' Around" and now bears more than a passing resemblance to Miley Cyrus. It's hilarious, but also dark and oddly resonant at times.



It's clear that, after the success of shows like Orange Is the New Black, Netflix has hit upon a winning formula with shows that don't fit neatly into one category. So why is BoJack Horseman funnier than any of the network sitcoms airing this fall? Here are seven four reasons:



3. Think Archer meets Arrested Development. Much like on Arnett's other standout, Arrested Development, the jokes on BoJack come at a machine-gun, blink-and-you'll-miss-them rate, and are multilayered. While you're laughing at the dialogue during an argument between Bojack and Princess Carolyn, you might miss her landing on all fours after getting thrown out of his car. Or, if you're only half paying attention, the name of 14-year-old singer Sextina Aquafina's hit song, "My Clitoris Is Gynormous," may pass you by.



4. It's not just another dumb cartoon. "I think of the show almost as a dramedy, in the way that some live action shows are," Bob-Waksberg says. "The way I pitched the show is it's going to be this wacky, fun, goofy cartoon show that gets gradually darker the further it goes. I think all the actors really liked that idea — that it wouldn't just be funny voices, that they get to do some real acting in addition to the silliness."



5. It lets celebrities show they can take a joke. The impressive list of Season 1 guest stars includes Stephen Colbert, Kristin Chenoweth, Patton Oswalt and Olivia Wilde, as well as Margo Martindale, Naomi Watts and Wallace Shawn playing outsize versions of themselves. Keith Olbermann also makes an appearance as Tom Jumbo-Gumbo, a blue whale news anchor who's the face of "MSNBSea." And other celebrities, like Andrew Garfield and David Boreanaz, find themselves the butt of running jokes. ("I had the idea — which is a really easy, dumb idea; I'm not the first person to make this connection — that Andrew Garfield would love lasagna and hate Mondays," Bob-Waksberg explains. "That just really made me giggle.")



6. It's not afraid to take risks — and they pay off. While network sitcoms tend to either play it safe when it comes to humor, or egregiously misfire (see: Dads), BoJack hits the mark both in terms of absurdity and poignancy. If you think a show about a horse with a drinking problem can't be moving, think again. "Netflix really trusts us," Bob-Waksberg says. "We don't get a lot of network notes. They're not coming back all the time like, 'Oh, this is too sad,' or 'This is too weird.' ... I've been in rooms where the creator has sold a show and then felt like the network didn't buy the show they wanted. They bought a show they thought they could craft into the show they wanted. And with Netflix, it feels like with all their shows, they like the show that is being pitched and they let the creator make that show. Which is so amazing."

Alexander Wang has become known for the ragers he throws after his September shows — he's hosted a frat party on a pier, a Courtney Love concert at a gas station and a carnival on the West Side Highway in past seasons. But the designer is also known for his love of surprises (you may recall the sneaky midnight announcement of his H&M collaboration during Coachella), and on Saturday night after his spring '15 show, he held a top-secret after party at a Brooklyn warehouse.









Last September, Wang partnered with Club Shade — an underground dance party hosted by Ladyfag — to throw a rave in the South Street Seaport mall, and this time, when the party headed to Bushwick, he and his friends followed. According to scattered posts we've seen on social media, it looked like a pretty wild time. Miley Cyrus was even in attendance, wearing nothing but nipple covers (see below) which basically guarantees that things got pretty ratchet. Rapper Tyga performed, and Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Hailey Baldwin all made the trek to Brooklyn to get involved. We hear through the grapevine that Cyrus wasn't shy about twerking on the dance floor, either.
