According to Us Weekly's source, Liam never formally proposed again to Miley. She just started wearing her 3.5 karat Neil Lane ring again. "Liam noticed. They are telling friends they’re engaged."

The couple became friends again after Miley broke up with Patrick in April 2015. Things progressed from there.
